Empowering Youth Enriching Futures.

Talent for Development Foundation is a multicultural youth organization with the goal to improve socio-economic circumstances in the broadest sense of the word. The foundation does so through the development of several means and mechanisms to support green entrepreneurship (micro, small and medium enterprises) amongst migrant youth in Europe and Africa. These activities include creating finance mechanisms, developing and executing business development programs and other educational materials and programs that this target group needs to succeed. Through the various activities, the foundation connects (potential) entrepreneurs in Africa to their diaspora community in Europe, creating a productive synergy amongst the two, improving the livelihoods of both groups.

 Our journey began with a vision of a world where every young person, regardless of their background, has the chance to thrive. Established as a response to the challenges faced by migrant youth, our foundation was founded on the belief that empowerment knows no boundaries. We understand the unique struggles faced by young people transitioning between cultures, and we’re here to provide the support and resources they need to realize their dreams.
